Letter from Mwanyambo Primary School
"Thanks for pens for kids from your ambassadors at Voi. This school is at the centre of Voi town. It has 1216 pupils. There are pupils with special needs, deaf and dumb for special education. We need 8 classrooms, 2 dormitories for these children. The normal pupils have not enough classrooms. We need library, school hall, store and serious case which needs immediate action is toilet shortage. We need to construct 20 pit latrines as it is a major problem, but we have no funds to do it. Pupils play games and sports. We need footballs, netballs and volleyballs and athletic equipment - javelins, discos and "shot put" (?). Also water storage tanks, we also need desks. I therefore kindly request your donors to assist this school on things / funds I have mentioned. Thanks, Linah P. Katambo, head teacher."
